We provide an AI-powered phone-answering service that answers calls, captures leads, books appointments, and routes or forwards calls on your behalf. Features, capabilities, and availability may change over time.
To use certain Services, you may need to provide business information and configure your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
When you submit your contact details to request a free trial or demo, you consent to receive communications from us — including phone calls and emails — at the phone number and email address you provide, including calls placed using automated or AI technology, for the purpose of responding to your request and providing the Services. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time. You are responsible for any carrier charges that may apply to calls.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be handled without error.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI XPERTS STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Xperts Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
